My main focus is to help clients live in greater harmony with their emotions so that they can respond to situations in ways that are more in line with their core needs and value system. I want to provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment for clients to express themselves and feel understood.
When you begin the process of counseling, we will schedule an intake session. This 60 minute session will allow you and I the space to get to know one another, discuss presenting concerns, and create a game plan for how to address your needs. I am typically available for sessions Monday - Thursday between the hours of 3:30 and 6:30, and occasionally, late evenings.
My background, education, and training have allowed me to gain experience in addressing many common concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I work with children as young as 10, adolescents, and adults.
